GW faculty and staff with an appropriate business need can use this form to request a new or enhanced technology service from the Division of IT. Principal Investigators (PIs) can use this form to request research technology services from the Division of IT. Division of IT EIS requests can be submitted for operational or day-to-day support of administrative systems used across the range of business portfolios at GW. Example requests include:
• Software release maintenance
• Bug fixes, process/job errors, data correction, duplicate PIDM or addressing functionality not working correctly
• Development of a batch and real-time integration between systems or the secure transfer of data between systems
• Request for an existing service (transactional report)
