Submit a Request For New or Enhanced GW IT Service

GW faculty and staff with a business need can use this form to request a new or enhanced technology service from GW IT. Submit an Enterprise Information Services (EIS) Operational Request

GW IT EIS requests can be submitted for operational or day-to-day support of administrative systems used across the range of business portfolios at GW.

Example requests include:

• Bug fixes, process/job errors, data correction, GWid Merge, archival of a custom or modified process
• Small feature or function addition to an application/process (such as text changes in GWeb or a workflow notification, adding a column to report, or changing a file transfer location)
• Compliance, regulatory or minor/point software release maintenance
• Addressing functionality not working correctly yet the overall business service is available
